The ENGIE Foundation makes grants in thematic areas that include support for improved energy access by disadvantaged communities. Applicants provide summary information about their organization and its partners; objectives and context of the proposed project; details of the funding request; and how the project will be evaluated.
The Foundation finances projects carried out by associations of general interest that correspond to its areas of intervention:
a. Childhood and Youth
b. Energy access, biodiversity and climate
c. Integration through employment and fight against poverty
The ENGIE Foundation doesn’t finance
• One-off events: festivals, galas, exhibitions, concerts, conferences …
• Non-associative or individual projects: personal projects, trips, student projects, scholarships, study stays, internships, theses and university dissertations.
• Projects under the responsibility of the Foundation Agir Pour L’emploi (FAPE) ENGIE.
• Editorial projects or film productions.
• Communication actions or projects with a promotional or advertising purpose
